Learning is most effective when children are actively involved and engaged
in carrying out tasks that are meaningful to them. The emphasis is on
the process of knowing, understanding and forming their own ideas rather
than completion of worksheets or repetitive exercises.
Ample opportunities are provided for children to learn from observations,
enquiry, exploration and firsthand experiences with adults facilitating
these learning experiences.
